We’re pleased to announce we will reopen to the public on Wednesday 14th April along with the North Devon Record Office and North Devon Local Studies Library.
To keep everyone safe we’ve made some changes to the way we operate, including revised opening hours and the need to pre-book visits.
To ensure things run as smoothly as possible, we are working more closely than ever with our colleagues from the North Devon Record Office and South West Heritage Trust.
For everything you need to know before you visit and to book please visit the South West Heritage Trust’s reopening web page.
The page gives you all the details of what you will need to do to book a place in the department, as well as all the essential information you will need and a series of FAQs about visiting us.
Please follow the instructions on how to book with the North Devon Record Office. If you have any questions about visiting us, ordering items for your visit or general enquires about our collections, please get in touch via our Contact page. If you wish to contact us by phone please be aware the telephone lines will only be answered during temporary opening hours.
Our Research and Copying Services will also be reopening. Please be aware that there will be a limit of 2 hours research for all research orders at present. Requests may take longer than usual to process because of demand.
